1 tsp ghee
1/3 cup whole wheat flour
Seeds of 1 black cardamom pod
2 tablespoons unsweetened shredded coconut
1 cup milk
Pinch amchur powder
Palmful of raisins
2 tsp almond powder
Toast first 4 ingredients, don't burn.
Add other ingredients and cook, removing lumps with a wooden spoon.
Serve with chai.
